- 4 eggs
- 1 ¾ C sugar
- 3 C grated carrot
- 2 C flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking poder
- 1 ¼ C Wesson Oil
- ½ C chopped nuts
Icing:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ lb powdered sugar
- ½ stick butter, softened (original recipe calls for margarine)
- 1 tsp vanilla
